MEMBERSHIP

 

  • MDA membership program is an exclusive loyalty program created by MDA Restaurants for our valuable customers
  • MDA membership is open for individuals and not available to corporations, charities, partnerships, or any other entities.
  • Customers will need to activate membership by verifying the telephone number registered via OTP
  • GoFood, GrabFood and other similar delivery service providers are not authorized to have MDA membership account and are not allowed to collect points during their duty time
  • MDA Restaurants' employees are allowed to participate in MDA membership program; entitled to be in tier 2 for the new member
  • One individual can only have one valid account
  • MDA Restaurants membership is non-transferable account
  • Customers are personally responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their respective accounts and passwords. MDA Restaurants will not be responsible for any losses or problems arising from account misuse
  • Benefits and points accumulated under the membership are promotional and have no cash value
  • MDA Restaurants maintains the right to amend, change, or substitute the term & conditions related to Loyalty Program Membership from time to time without prior notice
  • MDA Restaurants reserves the right to clarify member’s ID, terminate, discontinue or cancel the MDA Restaurants Loyalty Program at any time and in its sole discretion without prior notice
  • Benefits will be extended upon activation of membership, which will be different for each membership level.

 

POINTS AND REWARDS

 

  • MDA Restaurants’ points earned by each member are calculated based on per transaction from total bill (before tax & service charge)
  • MDA Restaurants points that are given as a reward from MDA Restaurants are limited to redeem rewards only.
  • MDA Restaurants points are valid for 1 year from the transactions made by the member.
  • Complimentary birthday coupon can only be used once (dine-in only) and will be given only on the customer’s birthday date - will be given in an app (provided with QR and 1 time only redemption).
  • Please note that priority waitlist does not guarantee a table
  • MDA Restaurants reserves the right to make an adjustment on the MDA Restaurant membership level if target spending is not reached within the given time.
  • MDA Restaurants reserves the right to clarify member’s ID at any time
  • MDA Restaurants has the right at any time (including, but not limited to, where members do not qualify for certain benefits or points in accordance with the rules of this program), MDA Restaurants can make corrections (i) the number of points or the amount of expenses credited to the member’s account, and (ii) other benefits that have been credited to a member’s account, including, but not limited to, any membership tier.
